Loretta Gail McClinton, 46, of Spicewood, Texas passed away June 9, 2020. She was born to Carl Thomas and Myrtle May (Mobley) Siniard on December 19, 1973 in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Loretta and her family relocated from Michigan to the Hill Country of Texas when she was very young. She graduated from Marble Falls High School in 1992 and Married Matt McClinton in 1996. Loretta treasured and was very proud of the fact she was able to be a stay at home mother for her three wonderful children. She was known to “take care of things the way they needed to be taken care of” and was a very family-oriented lady. Loretta enjoyed board games, cooking, dancing, all kinds of music, especially Elvis and the Beatles, and classic T.V. shows. She was a loving person who never met a stranger and had a dependable ear to listen and a shoulder to cry on.
She is survived by her loving husband of twenty three years, Matt McClinton of Spicewood, Texas, children, Matthew Lee McClinton of Austin, Texas, Autumn Gail McClinton of Austin, Texas, and Abigail Star McClinton of Spicewood, Texas; siblings, Donna Eardley and husband Bob, Sheila Siniard, Starla Minde and husband Scott, Carl Thomas Siniard, Jr. and wife Michele, and Shannon Steele and husband Bart. Numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, in-laws, and her beloved American bulldog, Rusty McClinton also survive.
A celebration of Loretta’s life will be for relatives only, 12:30 P.M. Saturday, June 20, 2020 at the Spicewood Baptist Church 7903 CR 404, Spicewood, Texas 78669. A gathering following the service where all mourners from her life are welcome will be at the family home at 2:30 P.M. 406 CR 425, Spicewood, TX 78669.
